Terms and Conditions

• Confirmation - your booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment. Until then your place is not reserved.
• By email - we send your confirmation by email, so please keep it safe as it contains your booking reference.
• Arriving late - please arrive in good time. If you arrive late you may forfeit your session, and no refund will be given for a session you miss in whole or in part.

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and you will receive a full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of your session and no refund is available.
• To cancel, email seasidesplatter@gmail.com with your booking reference.

Where a refund is due, we process it within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. How long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• To use a voucher, redeem it at checkout when you book a session.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult guardian for the whole session.
• Safe and respectful conduct - we want everyone to have a good time, so we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively, without a refund.
• Clothing- paint splattering is messy by design. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, as we are not liable for any damage to your clothing.

We are not liable for personal injury, except where that injury is caused by our negligence. We are also not liable for any loss of, or damage to, your personal belongings while you are with us. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
